Every piece is handcrafted using 925 Sterling Silver and finished with premium 18K Gold Plating or Rhodium Plating, depending on the design. To give you complete peace of mind, we proudly offer a 1-Year Warranty from the date of purchase.

✅ What's Covered Under Our 1-Year Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing-related issues under normal use, including:

Plating issues such as premature fading or tarnishing due to regular wear.
Stone damage, including stones becoming loose or falling out under normal usage.
Manufacturing defects.

One-Time Complimentary Replating

As part of your 1-Year Warranty, you are entitled to one complimentary replating service to restore your jewelry's original finish.

Please note:

The complimentary replating service can be availed only once during the 1-year warranty period.
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for sending the jewelry to and from our service center.
Once the complimentary replating has been used, any additional replating requests—even within the warranty period—will be chargeable.
Your jewelry will be replated according to its original finish (18K Gold Plating or Rhodium Plating).

Wear Your Jewelry Last

Make jewelry the final step in getting ready.

✔ Complete your skincare routine.
✔ Apply makeup.
✔ Spray perfume or deodorant.
✔ Allow all products to dry completely.
✔ Then wear your Soraya Luxe jewelry.

This helps prevent the plating from coming into contact with chemicals found in skincare, cosmetics, perfumes, hair products, and other beauty products.

Remove Your Jewelry First

At the end of the day, always remove your jewelry before:

Washing your face
Removing makeup
Showering or bathing
Swimming
Washing your hands with soap while wearing rings
Exercising or activities that cause excessive sweating

Avoid exposing your jewelry to:

Water
Soap
Shampoo
Conditioner
Perfume
Moisturizers
Sunscreen
Sanitizers
Hair spray
Household cleaning chemicals

These substances can gradually affect the longevity of the plating over time.

Store It Properly

Every Soraya Luxe order includes a premium jewelry box and soft jewelry pouch.

When not wearing your jewelry:

Store each piece in the provided pouch or jewelry box.
Keep it in a cool, dry place.
Avoid prolonged exposure to air, humidity, and moisture.
Store each piece separately to prevent scratches and tangling.

Proper storage helps preserve both the 925 Sterling Silver and its 18K Gold Plating or Rhodium Plating, ensuring your jewelry stays beautiful for years.

A Note About Plating

Our jewelry is finished with either 18K Gold Plating or Rhodium Plating, depending on the design. These premium finishes enhance the beauty and durability of sterling silver. Like all plated jewelry, they naturally experience gradual wear over time depending on:

Frequency of wear
Skin chemistry (pH)
Exposure to water, moisture, perfumes, cosmetics, and chemicals
Storage conditions
Overall care

By following the care instructions above, you can significantly extend the life of your jewelry's finish and enjoy its shine for years.

❌ What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

Breakage due to accidental damage, mishandling, or rough usage.
Damage caused by exposure to water, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, or failure to follow the Jewellery Care Guide.
Scratches, dents, or damage caused by improper storage.
Normal wear and tear beyond the scope of the warranty.

Repairs & Replating After Warranty

Even after your warranty expires, we're happy to help keep your jewelry looking its best.

We offer paid repair and replating services, subject to inspection and service feasibility.

Charges for replating, labor, and shipping will be shared after our team completes a quality assessment of your jewelry.
