• Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time. The estimated production time will be mentioned on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times:
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • International Shipping: 20-30 business days
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or weather conditions.

Shipping Carriers:

• We partner with reputable shipping carriers, including DHL, Shiprocket etc. to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Please allow up to 8 hours for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping:

• Soraya Luxe ships worldwide! However, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Undeliverable or Lost Packages:

• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within same days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
