Returns & Exchange Policy
Our jewelry is handcrafted with care, making each piece unique. While we do not accept returns or refunds, we’re happy to assist with exchanges in valid cases.

Valid Exchange Reasons

Incorrect product received.

Damaged product received on delivery (must be approved after quality check).
Reporting Timeline

Claims must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

Important Conditions

Products must be returned in their original packaging with invoice.

Customized orders, sale items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for exchange.

Only one exchange is allowed per order.
Pickup & Charges (India)

Damaged/incorrect products → pickup & re-shipping are free.

Size/preference change → nominal service fee of ₹500 for pickup & re-shipping.
