• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Delivery Time

• Domestic Orders (India): Delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

• During festive seasons (e.g., Diwali), delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all domestic orders across India.

• For international orders & returns, shipping charges apply based on location and order size.

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS to follow your order in real time.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Our jewelry is handcrafted with care, making each piece unique. While we do not accept returns or refunds, we’re happy to assist with exchanges in valid cases.

No Returns/Refunds

• Refunds and returns are not available once the order is placed.

Valid Exchange Reasons

• Incorrect product received.

• Damaged product received on delivery (must be approved after quality check).

Reporting Timeline

• Claims must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

• An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/incorrect product claims.

Important Conditions

• Products must be returned in their original packaging with invoice.

• Customized orders, sale items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for exchange.

• Only one exchange is allowed per order.

Pickup & Charges (India)

• Damaged/incorrect products → pickup & re-shipping are free.

• Size/preference change → nominal service fee of ₹500 for pickup & re-shipping.

🌍 International Orders

• Exchanges not available, except for damaged or wrong products.

• Refunds are only provided for lost shipments (product value only, shipping non-refundable).

• Customs duties & taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Normal scratches from daily wear

• Damage caused by ignoring jewelry care instructions

• Repairs done by third parties

Free Replating

• Enjoy free replating service for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Repairs After Warranty

• After 1 year, we offer paid repair/replating at a minimal cost.

• Charges (shipping, labor, plating) will be shared after inspection.

• Repairs depend on the design and feasibility, confirmed by our team.
